The number of invitations was 1400 less than the previous STEM round (274th round), which had 5900 invitations, and the minimum score increased by 10 points from 481.

The number of invitations was 700 less than the previous round (290th round) which had 1980 invitations, and the minimum score was 25 points higher than the previous score of 524.

On March 12, 2024, Canada's Express Entry system issued its No. 288 round of invitations. The invitation category was General with a total of 2850 invitations sent out. The minimum score required for this round was 525.
